Initial Design:
Invitations & Other Custom Items For all finished, completly custom products, design charges are collected prior to the start of the process, and applied to the final invoice as payment. This design fee ensures that our customers are interested in our custom services. The design fee includes two revisions (not including text and content). If the customer decides not to place an order, the design fee and all files will remain property of highly favor-ed.
All Graphic Design/ Desktop Publishing (business Items) items have a design charge in addition to the product charge. This design charge will be collected prior to the start of the deign process. Please see the paragraph above for the purpose of the design charge.

Proofs For the purposes of design and approval, an electronic file will be emailed. Please check this file for accuracy in spelling and other information. A positive response is required to ensure correct information. Once the electronic proof is approved, printing will begin.

Shipping Orders created competely in-studio will be shipped within 1 week of payment and proof approval. Orders are customarily shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are regular shipping rates.

Refunds Due to the nature of our products, any customized items are non-refunadable. Every effort is made to ensure you receive an error free product. This is the reason a proof approval is required. In the event that there was no proof approval and there is an error made on our part, we will replace the item free of charge. On non-customized items, we will replace items with manufacturers defect.

Privacy As Privacy and Safety is now a major concern for those of us who use the internet, any personal information transmitted is only used to complete and send your order. Your information will never be sold to a 3rd party. We may, however use your contact information in our marketing efforts.
